SHIPPING

To reduce operation costs and keep our prices low, we source from vendors around the world and ship from their overseas locations directly to you. This means that if you order multiple items, they may depart from various global warehouses and/or arrive to you in multiple packages, even though only one delivery fee is charged per order as captured below.

DELIVERY 

Delivery times may vary since products are shipped from around the world. Some items may experience longer processing and shipping times than others depending on supplier efficiencies which is out of our control. 

After your payment is verified, it may take time for suppliers to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the chart below for approximate shipment duration which varies based on where the supplier is shipping from and where the customer is located.

*Some items are stock in our US warehouse and delivery is 2-3 days to US or nearby customers. More specific shipment times are noted at the bottom of each product page. 

Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves a supplier warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on our Track Your Order page.

Service Areas
We can ship to to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Undelivered Packages
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Extra Costs
We are not responsible for any ADDITIONAL fees such as customs after items have shipped. We have never had a customer encounter any fees, but for legal purposes, we need to make you aware here.
